Our expertise extends to Will writing, non-contentious probate, Lasting Power of Attorney and Declaration of Trust. Why Private Client?

What tends to motivate a Private Client Practitioner, are the cases where something goes wrong. It is also the realisation that in many of those cases, the wrong could have been avoided.

We are therefore driven to protect the interest of our clients. Whether it is a Will, a Lasting Power of Attorney, or Declaration of Trust, we aim to give them the peace of mind of knowing that their affairs are in order.

The experience we have gained in administering estates, has shown us that all it takes is a badly written Will or no Will at all, and a family could be left in ruins. Why we Started Every Will Matters

We understand that for the majority of our clients, the primary motivation for them seeking the services we provide, is to protect the interest of their family. Coincidently, it was the interest of Nathan’s family, our founder, which led to the creation of Every Will Matters.

Prior to building a company, Nathan was employed by a high street law firm. He enjoyed the security that comes with full time employment and a steady stream of new clients. However, following the birth of his first born (whose tiny feet can be seen above), time became his most important commodity.

Suddenly, the eight hours in an office and the three hours spent getting to and from that office became a major obstacle. Although he explored the option of joining a firm closer to home, the decision was made to create a company with more flexible working hours. Not only would this be a personal benefit, it would also bring value to our clients who are unable to undertake meetings during standard business hours.
